These carefully selected Cape Hake Fillets are processed and frozen-at-sea in the Cape Haddie brand. Sea Harvest has three factory freezer vessels operating in the ice cold, crystal clear waters of the southern Atlantic Ocean. High Seas Fillets

IQF Cape Hake Portions
Sea Harvest’s hand moulded portions are made from 100% natural Cape Hake. The deboned, skinless portions are gently placed into a formed mould before they’re placed into an IQF freezing tunnel.
Octopus Headless Tenderised
Our Octopus is caught by our ‘day boats’ in the super cold waters of the South Atlantic Ocean. The Magnificus species is well known for its tender white meat. Sea Harvest’s Octopus is prepared in a way that allows for minimal yield loss when cooked.
